Polyethylene Film
All the films we produce are polyethylene (LLDPE). Polyethylene is a group of materials composed of long molecule chains.
Polyethylene
is actually used in many
products around us daily, from plastic shopping bags and bread bags to film
wrap. The raw materials for polyethylene are recovered mainly from crude oil, as
well as from natural gas. Plastic comprises 4 percent of the world's oil
consumption, 1/3 of which becomes packaging.
Polyethylene is environmentally friendly, when it is burned, only carbon dioxide and water are formed, which makes polyethylene a better source of energy than the purest heating oil. Collected materials are used in new products or for energy recovery.
